Harry Cendrowski, CPA/ABV, CFE, CVA, CFFA, is the managing officer of Cendrowski Selecky and a founding member of Cendrowski Corporate Advisors and Prosperitas.
He has nearly 30 years of extensive experience in entrepreneurial, personal, and corporate tax matters. Harry has served clients in the real estate, manufacturing, professional services, investment, and professional sport franchise industries. His engagements have included mergers and acquisitions consulting, due diligence, complex commercial and divorce litigation, forensic accounting, and fraud auditing.
In addition to serving as an expert witness at various courts and administrative agencies in the U.S. and United Kingdom, Harry has authored several articles in professional publications and lectured at numerous business and law-related conferences. He is a co-author of the book The Fraud Deterrence Handbook published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc., and was instrumental in developing the training program for the Certified Fraud Deterrence Analyst designation.
Harry is an active, participating member of numerous professional organizations including the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, where he has served in various leadership roles. He is very active in civic and for-profit organizations, including: Alma College, Birmingham Country Club, Madonna University, Bank of Birmingham, The Private Bank, Veritas and North Oakland Medical Center.
Harry received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Detroit.
